Among these humanitarian assistance institutions, it stands out the Comisión Cascos Blancos (White Helmets Commission), which depends on the Argentine Ministry of Foreign Relations and was accepted by the United Nations and the OAS. From its beginning, this Commission incorporated «PYAM» water purifier products as one of the basic emergency supplies for all humanitarian assistance programs that it promotes and encourages. It has transported this product so that it could be distributed in human groups under sanitary risk or in any condition of vulnerability created by indigence or lack of reliable water sources, standing out: the Humanitarian Assistance Mission (1996) to the Republic of Peru, to help victims of the of Nazca earthquake; the Humanitarian Assistance Mission of consolidated help (1997) to the Republic of Rwanda, coordinated by the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR); the CB Argentine Mission (1998) to the Republic of Bolivia due to an earthquake in the cities of Totora and Aiquile (department of Cochabamba); the Humanitarian Assistance Mission (1998) to the Republic of Peru, in order to help victims of the disaster caused by "El Niño" phenomenon; the CB Argentine Mission: Emergency Help (1998), to the Republics of Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua and El Salvador, in order to help victims of floods caused by Hurricane Mitch, in response to the United Nations, UNDP, OAS and involved nations request for help; the CB/UNDP Mission (2004) to the Islamic Republic of Iran, in order to help victims of an earthquake in the city of Bam, in collaboration with the Red Crescent Society of Iran.
